As an employer she offered me support, help and guidance. As a Life Coach she supported me through the recognition of my insecurities, no formal training and poor understanding of the English language. In less than 18months I qualified in childcare to NVQ Level3. My ability to communicate in English surpassed my expectations. My confidence and self-esteem has grown and I now believe that I have the ability to face any challenge that comes my way. Thanks to A'dell I have begun the journey of a lifetime. From a change in career, which I have found so fullfilling, to growing in confidence and self esteem The experience has had a knock-on effect in all aspects of my life. This has all been due to A'dell's ability to really listen. During my sessions, with her, I was left energised with a desire to move forward, challenge my fears and negative thoughts and overcome them. Work and famil life had left me drained and sufering from low self-esteem. I've re-connectd with my passion, amatuer dramatics, and ave gone on to win many awards - and a new social life. 2) Parenting - learning to say no and mean it. the children had had the control and I have taken it back. I have earned their respect and life, at home, is more harmonious. 3)My weight and image - I have been unhappy with my body for some time but found it difficul to stick to a 'plan of action'. Two months later I have lost over two stone and am feeling healthier, more energy and am beginning to love myself and my body. A'dell's skills as a Life Coach have exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone to seek out her candid and professional approach. She listens and allows you, the client, to recognise the changes you wish to make in your life and take action. And my life changes will not stop here - I am going forward, with a positive attitude, to contiue to make life changing decisions and actions.
